Return and Refund Policy
At OZIRN, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it easily.
Return period
You can return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Free returns
Returns are free. We cover the return shipping cost, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind. We also cover shipping for replacement items in exchanges.
Return conditions
- The product is in its original condition: unused, unassembled and free from scratches or damage.
- All original packaging, accessories and documents are included.
- You provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been assembled or used (unless defective).
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
How to return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the product and the reason for return.
- Approval: we review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Shipping: we send you the return instructions and arrange the return at no cost to you.
- Inspection: once we receive the product, we check that it meets the conditions above.
- Refund: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund, and we cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different size or color, follow the same return steps and tell us which product you want instead. We ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.
Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders within Saudi Arabia, delivered within 2–4 working days.
